SIP Technology
SIP is an AI-driven well pressure control system. It includes Oleum’s own casing back pressure valve and integrates the operator’s tubing valve to control the pressure above and below the pump from the cloud. SIP’s use of AI, in addition to data from its own sensors and the pump, enables it to learn each well and produce the following results:
1) Resolves gassification issues in all pumps, including gas lock, gas interference, “burping”, etc
2) Increases oil production between 15% – 40% and sometimes more in cases where SIP mitigates gas lock
3) Stabilizes the pump, increases pump efficiency and extends pump life on ESP’s and rod pumps
4) Decreases OPEX and CAPEX and therefore increases company revenues and profit
